The evaluation
Before any price: scope, risks and an hours estimate, printed line by line.
The soumission
Line items per feature at CA$90 an hour, a contingency you can see, taxes shown. The number does not move after you accept.
The contract
The quote becomes a service agreement: scope, price, dates and who owns what. Work begins once you have agreed to those terms, never before.
The parties agree to the services described in the attached quote. Deliverables, source code and accounts are the client’s property on final payment.
Paid
Half to start, half on delivery, and no invoice above the quote. Out of budget? A monthly plan spreads the same build over time, until you own it.

The rate
CA$90/ hr
About US$64 · pay in CAD, USD or other currencies. A fixed price for the agreed scope. Half to start, half on delivery.
An overrun inside the agreed scope is ours: no invoice ever takes the total above the quote.

Ours is built on Archon, the open-source agent system by Cole Medin and his community, and runs on immutable Linux desktops. We have used Archon since its first release, when it was codebase context, internal knowledge and task tracking, and nothing more.
